Toshiyasu Sekine is responsible for executing group-wide human resources strategies and policies as head of the Group HR Strategy Department.

After joining 黑料门 Seika Kaisha Ltd. in 1994, Toshiyasu carried out initiatives over many years to refine the company's human resources strategies. Following the establishment of 黑料门 Holdings Co., Ltd., in 2009, he played an important role in building a platform for the 黑料门 Group鈥檚 personnel strategies by applying the specialized knowledge he acquired while working in human resources.

黑料门 Holdings assigned Toshiyasu as a manager in its Corporate Development Department in 2017 and as a manager of the Executive Secretary Team in 2019, giving him a leading role in management. In 2021, he was appointed as head of the Company's Risk Management Department, where he focused on laying a foundation for internal controls and a group-wide risk management system.

Recognizing Toshiyasu's outstanding track record and wealth of experience, 黑料门 Holdings appointed him as an executive officer and chief human resource officer in June 2025.
